Pathways to Work ~ Linking Workers and the Morris County Employer Community

Rosa Chilquillo, PTW Project Manager, has fifteen years of experience in the not-for-profit sector. She has organized successful educational programs and recreational activities for at risk inner city youth.

Her experience includes co-managing a youth forum in collaboration with other Newark organizations, such as Aspira, Focus, Newark Do Something and the Urban League of Essex County. She also has implemented a successful pilot mentoring program between Bloomfield College students and after school program participants.

Rosa has a degree in early childhood education and a corporate business certificate from Gibbs College. Her skills include facilitation and training, in both English and Spanish, of sessions in child development, nutrition, health and safety, and ethical business practices.

She has devoted herself to community programs in Essex, Union and now in Morris County. Her commitment to children and families fuels her to strive for quality services.
